1. Contact And Getting To Know One Another

Contact Me today and fill out the questionnaire. After I receive this information, within 48 hours I will contact you for a short planning call. Once I am enlightened on your travel style, special needs, preferences, etc, I will send you a link to complete the planning fee purchase. This is required before I begin my custom trip research.

2. Itinerary Development

This is where I work my magic. With the information you provided, I begin to curate your perfect custom trip. Remember, my heart longs for you to have the time of your life during your travels so I dive deep into customizing a unique itinerary just for you.

My itineraries will include all or any of the following:

• accommodations

  
  

• flights

  
  

• transfers

  
  

• recommendations

  
  

• activities and/or tours

  
  

• special dining

  
  

• anything else you desire

  
  

My insider knowledge and professional relationships allow me to complete a custom itinerary unique to you. After you receive the itinerary, we make changes if desired.

3. Reservations

Once the dream itinerary is agreed upon, I take care of the reservations. I will disclose all the cancellation fees, required documents, and deposit and final payments schedule to you.

4. Bon Voyage

Last, but certainly not least, it is time for your dream getaway! I ensure you are ready for the trip by personally confirming all reservations are still a go, VIP status and Virtuoso perks are waiting for you. I make myself available during your travels should any problems arise.
